Roland Bandinel is President and CEO of Casitas Tech Corp, where he leads the company’s residential development and construction operations. With more than thirty-five years in home building and development, Roland has overseen the construction of several hundred properties across the market—from multi-million-dollar custom homes to affordable housing. He brings a deep, hands-on understanding of every phase of development, from site planning and construction management to delivering quality homes on budget.
John Scholtz leads the company’s go-to-market strategy for affordable residential
development. With more than twenty-five years in home sales and marketing, John has
worked across the full spectrum of the residential market—from luxury properties to
affordable housing. He brings a deep understanding of buyer behavior, market positioning, and the unique challenges of making quality homes accessible to more people.
